Over the past decade, I navigated extreme burnout across career and relationships, lived and worked across six countries, built a seed-stage travel tech company in the US, survived multiple heartbreaks, healed chronic migraines without long-term medication, and explored a wide spectrum of healing paths to return to my natural state of freedom, presence, and vitality.
